1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and WisdomCharms (“WisdomCharms”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the company that operates this store and sells the courses listed on it. Our full details are set out in section 2. By browsing the site, creating an account, subscribing to our email list or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site and do not buy from us. If something here worries you, write to misteryjj100@gmail.com before you buy — we would rather answer the question than sell you something you are unhappy with.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Returns Policy are part of these Terms and are incorporated into them by reference. Where the Refund & Returns Policy is more generous to you than these Terms, the Refund & Returns Policy applies.
2. Who you are buying from
This store is operated by WisdomCharms, a private limited company established under the laws of Estonia. We are the seller and the contracting party for every Order placed here — not a marketplace, not an agent for someone else, and not a reseller of another platform's catalog.
- Legal name — WisdomCharms
- Registered address — Sõpruse pst 145, Tallinn 13418, Estonia
- Contact email — misteryjj100@gmail.com
- Sales, teams and invoicing — misteryjj100@gmail.com
Our payment service provider processes the payment on our behalf; it is a processor, not the seller. Your contract for the Course is with us, and every question about an Order — delivery, access, an invoice for your employer, a refund — is ours to answer. Whatever the charge on your statement says, one email to misteryjj100@gmail.com reaches the people responsible for it.
3. Definitions
- Course — any digital product listed for sale on this store, including full video courses, written guides, micro-guides, prompt packs and template bundles.
- Content — the videos, text, diagrams, source code, prompts, templates, exercises, downloads and any other material that makes up a Course.
-
Order — a completed purchase, identified by an order number in the format
WC-XXXXXXXXwhich appears on your receipt and in your account. - Access link and access code — the unique URL and 16-character code we email you for each Course in a paid Order. Together they unlock the Content in our library. They are personal to you.
-
Library — the page at
/account/librarywhere every Course you have bought while signed in is listed with its access link and access code. - Site — this storefront, including the catalog, cart, checkout and account areas.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to buy from us or to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only buy with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and who is responsible for the payment.
You do not need an account to buy — guest checkout is supported, and your access links are emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Creating an account simply means every Course you own is permanently listed in your library, so a lost email is never a lost purchase.
Your responsibilities
- Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at. Receipts, access links and refund confirmations all go there.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at misteryjj100@gmail.com straight away if you think someone else has your credentials or your access links.
- Do not create an account on someone else's behalf without their permission, and do not use a false identity.
Mistyped your email at checkout? It happens. Write to us from any address with the order number, the last four digits of the card and the approximate amount, and we will re-send your access links to the corrected address.
5. Your licence to use a course
When your payment is confirmed we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Course for as long as we make it available — which we intend to be indefinitely, and which we describe on the site as “lifetime access”. You are buying a licence to use the Content, not ownership of it.
What the licence lets you do
- Watch, read and work through the Course as many times as you like, on any device that is yours.
- Take notes, make personal copies of the exercises, and keep them after you finish.
- Use the source code, prompts, configuration files and templates from the Course in your own projects — including commercial ones, for your employer or your clients — with no attribution required and nothing further to pay us.
- Receive every future update to that Course at no extra cost.
What the licence does not let you do
- Share, sell, rent, lend, publish, sub-licence, gift or otherwise pass on your access link, access code or account credentials.
- Upload, mirror or re-host any Content on another website, file-sharing service, cloud drive, learning-management system, torrent, Discord or Telegram group, or any other platform.
- Bulk-download, scrape or systematically copy Content, or use automated tools to do so.
- Use the Content — in whole or in part — as training data for a machine-learning model, or to generate a derivative course, book or paid newsletter.
- Present the Content as your own, or teach from it commercially (in a bootcamp, agency, classroom or paid workshop) without a separate written licence from us.
- Remove or obscure any copyright notice, watermark or attribution in the Content.
One purchase covers one person. If you want to roll a Course out to a team, a classroom or a company, that is genuinely fine — we sell team and internal-training licences and they are not expensive. Email misteryjj100@gmail.com and we will sort it out the same week.
For prompt packs and template bundles specifically: the prompts themselves stay ours, but anything you generate with them is yours, and you owe us nothing for it.
6. Acceptable use
When you use this Site you agree not to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, another user's account, our library server or our infrastructure;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written permission — responsible-disclosure reports are welcome at misteryjj100@gmail.com and we will not take action against a researcher who acts in good faith;
- interfere with the Site through denial-of-service traffic, credential stuffing, automated bulk requests or anything else that degrades it for other people;
- scrape the catalog beyond what a well-behaved search-engine crawler obeying our
robots.txtwould do; - submit payment details that are not yours, or that you are not authorised to use;
- post a review that you were paid to write, that is not based on a genuine purchase, or that impersonates someone else;
- use a coupon code that was not issued to you, or exploit a pricing or coupon fault instead of reporting it;
- repeatedly buy and refund the same or substantially similar Content in order to obtain it for free;
- harass, threaten or abuse our staff, our instructors or other customers.
Breaching this section may lead to suspension or termination under section 19.
7. Prices, currency and taxes
All prices on this store are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). Every price is a one-off payment for a single Course. There is no subscription, no membership fee and no recurring charge of any kind, and we never store your card in order to charge it again later.
Where a struck-through “compare at” price appears next to a price, it is the regular list price at which that Course is otherwise sold; the percentage shown is the saving against that list price.
Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Where we are required to charge a consumption tax on your order — VAT, GST or a sales tax, depending on where you are — that amount is calculated and shown to you at checkout before you pay, and it is itemised on your receipt. The price you agree to at checkout is the price we charge: nothing is added afterwards, and we do not levy handling, currency or processing fees of our own.
If your card is issued in a currency other than USD, your bank performs the conversion at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. We neither set nor receive that fee, and it is not refundable by us.
Price changes
We may change prices, run sales, and end sales at any time. A price change is never applied retroactively: the price you saw and agreed to at the moment you paid is the price for that Order, and we will never come back and charge you more for a Course you already own. Equally, if a Course you bought goes on sale a week later, that is simply how retail works — but if it happens within a few days, email us and we will usually make up the difference in credit.
Obvious pricing errors
Very rarely a technical fault causes a Course to be listed at a price that is obviously wrong — a $199 course showing as $1.99, for example. Where the error is genuinely obvious, we may cancel the affected Order and refund you in full instead of fulfilling it. We will email you as soon as we know, and you are of course free to buy at the correct price.
8. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment service provider, on a secure payment page that they host. Your card details are entered on their systems, not ours. We never see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
What the provider passes back to us, and all we keep, is:
- whether the payment succeeded or failed;
- the card brand and the last four digits, so support can identify your Order;
- the checkout session and payment intent identifiers;
- a link to the payment receipt the provider generated;
- the billing country, where your card issuer supplies it.
Your purchase is complete when the provider confirms the payment and we mark the Order as paid. Until then the Order is pending and no access is granted. If a payment fails, nothing is charged and your cart is left exactly as it was.
The provider's own terms and privacy notice govern the payment itself, and they are shown to you on the payment page before you enter any card details. On your bank or card statement the charge appears under our WisdomCharms payment descriptor. If you do not recognise a charge, please email misteryjj100@gmail.com before opening a dispute — see our Refund & Returns Policy for why that is faster for everyone.
9. Delivery of digital products
Everything we sell is a digital product delivered by email. Nothing is ever shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
As soon as your payment is confirmed we email a receipt to the address on the Order. That email contains, for every Course you bought, an access link and an access code that open the Content in our library. Delivery is normally within a minute of payment.
- If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first.
- Still nothing? Email misteryjj100@gmail.com with your order number and we will re-send it — usually within the hour during business hours, and always within one business day.
- If you were signed in when you bought, the very same links are permanently listed in your library, so you never depend on that email surviving.
Course Content is hosted on our external library at library.wisdomcharms.com. This
store sells the access; the library serves the material. There is no video player on this store and
we do not track your progress through a Course.
Access links are personal and should be treated like a password. Anyone who has your link has your Course.
What you need
A modern browser and an internet connection are enough for every Course. Some Courses list extra requirements — a particular compiler, IDE, game engine, or a paid API key for a third-party AI provider — in the “Requirements” section of the Course page. Please read that section before you buy. We do not supply third-party software licences or API credits.
10. Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and why you waive it
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract: you may cancel within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason and without penalty. That right comes from the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which in Estonia is implemented by the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).
The same law contains an exception for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium — an access link, in our case. The right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun, provided that you gave your prior express consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right.
What we ask you to agree to at checkout
Because every Course is delivered by email within about a minute of payment, checkout asks you to tick a box that says, in substance:
I request immediate access to the course(s) I am buying, and I acknowledge that once access is delivered I lose my statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. WisdomCharms' own 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.
Ticking it is the express consent and the acknowledgement the law requires. We record the moment you gave it, together with the acceptance of these Terms, against your Order — so if you ever need to see what you agreed to and when, we can show you exactly that.
You are not forced to waive anything. The box has to be ticked to check out, because checking out is what triggers immediate delivery — so if you would rather keep the full 14-day withdrawal period, do not complete checkout. Email misteryjj100@gmail.com instead and we will arrange the purchase with delivery held until the period has run. In practice almost nobody wants to wait 14 days for a download link, which is why the box is there.
Waiving the statutory right changes nothing about your practical position with us: we voluntarily honour our 14-day money-back guarantee even though the statutory right was waived, and it applies whether or not you have opened the Course. Nothing in this section affects your rights if a Course is faulty or is not as described — those are separate, and they are not waivable.
11. Refunds and cancellation
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell — full courses, bundles and $1 prompt packs alike. If a Course is not what you hoped for, email misteryjj100@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund it to the original payment method. There is no form to fill in and no interrogation.
The full procedure, the timings and the handful of sensible limits are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because Courses are digital and delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins as soon as your payment is confirmed — see section 10 for what that means for the statutory withdrawal period. Our guarantee is a voluntary commercial promise that we honour even though that statutory period was waived at checkout, and it is not conditional on how much of a Course you have used. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, including your rights where a Course is faulty or is not as described.
When an Order is refunded, the licence granted in section 5 ends: the access link stops working and the Course is removed from your library. Anything you legitimately built with the code or prompts before the refund is yours to keep using.
12. Intellectual property
All Content on this Site and in our library — including the courses, curricula, written material, code samples, prompts, artwork, the site design and its copy — is owned by WisdomCharms or by the instructors who licence it to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The licence in section 5 is the only right you receive; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of anything to you.
“WisdomCharms”, our wordmark and our logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission, except to link to us or to refer to us fairly and accurately.
Third-party names used on this site — including C++, C#, F#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Lua, Python, Rust, Go, React, Node.js, Unity, Unreal Engine, Docker, Kubernetes, ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney — are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to say what a Course is about. No sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation is claimed or implied.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, email misteryjj100@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include: the URL of the material, a description of the work you own, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised. We remove genuinely infringing material promptly and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
13. Reviews and your submissions
The reviews shown on Course pages come from people who bought the Course. When you submit a review, a testimonial, feedback, a bug report or any other material to us, you confirm that it is your own work, that it is honest, and that it reflects your actual experience.
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, adapt for length and quote it on the Site, in emails and in marketing material, alongside the first name and job title you supplied. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing misteryjj100@gmail.com, and we will remove the review.
We moderate reviews before they appear. We may decline or remove a review that contains other people's personal data, abuse, spam or competitor advertising, or that we cannot match to a genuine purchase. We do not alter ratings, and we never remove a review simply because it is critical of us.
Ideas and suggestions you send us unsolicited are not treated as confidential, and we may act on them without owing you a fee — though we are usually delighted to say thank you properly.
14. Third-party links and services
Our Courses and this Site link out to third-party documentation, repositories, tools and model providers. Those services are not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Some Courses require an account or a paid API key with a third party in order to complete the exercises. That relationship is between you and them, on their terms, at their prices. Their outage, policy change or price rise is not a fault in the Course — although if a change makes a Course materially misleading, we update the Course.
15. Availability, updates and support
We aim to keep the store and the library available around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, upgrades, provider outages and events outside our reasonable control all happen. Where we can give notice of planned downtime, we do.
We improve Courses over time — new modules, re-recorded lessons, refreshed prompts as models change. Updates are included in your original purchase. You do not buy a version; you buy the Course.
Very occasionally we retire a Course, usually because the technology it teaches has been superseded or a provider has shut down an API. If we retire a Course you own, we will give you at least 90 days' notice by email and make the downloadable material available to you before access ends. If we ever have to withdraw a Course with less notice than that, we will refund what you paid for it regardless of when you bought it.
Support is provided by email in English at misteryjj100@gmail.com. We reply to every message within one business day. Support covers purchases, delivery, access and refunds; it is not a tutoring service, although we will always point you at the right part of the Course.
16. Disclaimers
Courses are educational materials and are provided “as is” and “as available”. We put real effort into accuracy, but we do not warrant that a Course is free of errors, that every code sample will compile unmodified on your machine, that a third-party API will still behave the way it did on the day the lesson was recorded, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or bug-free.
Nothing in a Course is professional advice. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or security advice, and you should not treat our material as a substitute for a qualified professional.
We make no promise about outcomes. We cannot and do not guarantee that a Course will get you a job, a promotion, a client, a passing grade, a certification or any particular level of income. What you get out of a Course depends on the work you put into it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; where that is the case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted there.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, however caused and whether or not we were warned that such loss might occur;
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site and any Course is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid us for the Course or Courses giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, and (b) USD 100.
This allocation of risk is deliberate and is reflected in our pricing: Courses cost between $1 and $200, and the 14-day guarantee gives you a simple, immediate remedy if a Course is not right — your money back.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WisdomCharms, its directors, employees, contractors and instructors against any claim, damage, loss, liability and reasonable legal cost arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or of any Course; (c) your redistribution, resale or publication of Content; and (d) any material you submit to us.
We will notify you promptly of any claim to which this section applies, and we will not settle such a claim in a way that admits fault on your behalf without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold.
19. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Site at any time, and you can ask us to close and delete your account by emailing misteryjj100@gmail.com. Closing your account does not by itself refund anything you have bought — if you are inside the guarantee window, request the refund first, then ask us to close the account.
We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke access where we reasonably believe you have:
- shared, resold, published or otherwise redistributed Content or an access link;
- used payment details that are not yours, or committed payment fraud;
- filed a chargeback for an Order we delivered, without first contacting us to resolve it;
- abused the refund guarantee — for example by repeatedly buying and refunding the same material;
- seriously or repeatedly breached section 6 or any other part of these Terms.
Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and give you a fair chance to put things right. If we terminate for one of the reasons above, we are not obliged to refund. If we terminate or withdraw access for any other reason, we will refund what you paid for the Courses you can no longer reach.
Sections 5 (the restrictions), 12, 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22 survive the end of this agreement.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms — to reflect a change in the law, a new payment method, a new kind of product, or simply to say something more clearly. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always tells you when the current version took effect.
For material changes we will email account holders and post a notice on the Site at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Changes are never applied retroactively: the version in force on the day you placed an Order governs that Order. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Superseded versions are archived. If you need the version that applied on the day you bought, ask misteryjj100@gmail.com and we will send it to you.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, and the court of first instance is the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia.
If you are a consumer, that choice cannot be used against you. Choosing the laws of the Republic of Estonia does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the consumer law of the country in which you are habitually resident. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger protection than this agreement does, that stronger protection applies and we will honour it.
A consumer may bring proceedings against us either in Estonia or in the courts of the country where they live. We will bring proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of the country where that consumer is resident. For business customers, the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia has exclusive jurisdiction.
Please talk to us first
Before starting any formal proceedings, please email misteryjj100@gmail.com and describe the problem. In our experience almost every dispute is a misunderstanding about delivery or a refund and is resolved the same day. We commit to acknowledging a formal complaint within 2 business days and giving you a substantive answer within 10 business days. If we cannot agree, we are willing to attempt mediation before either of us goes to court, and the route in section 22 is open to you.
22. Consumer disputes and alternative dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and we have not been able to resolve your complaint directly, you do not have to go to court to be heard. You may refer the matter, free of charge, to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), which handles consumer complaints against traders established in Estonia:
https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee
The committee reviews written submissions from both sides and issues a decision. We engage with it properly: if you file a complaint there, we will respond within the deadline it sets and supply the order record, the delivery timestamps and our correspondence with you.
Consumers resident in another EU or EEA country may instead take the matter to the consumer protection authority or the alternative dispute resolution body in their own country. Using an ADR body is optional, costs you nothing, and does not affect your right to bring a claim in court under section 21.
Before any of that, though — email misteryjj100@gmail.com. A refund takes us minutes and a dispute takes everyone months.
23. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Site and your Orders, and replace anything said before.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a successor business, provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you if that happens.
- Events outside our control. Neither of us is liable for a failure to perform caused by something genuinely beyond reasonable control, such as a major infrastructure or payment-network outage.
- Notices. We contact you at the email address on your Order or account. You contact us at misteryjj100@gmail.com or at the postal address below.
- Language. These Terms are written in English; any translation is provided for convenience and the English version governs.
- Headings. Section headings are for navigation and do not affect interpretation.
