14-day money-back guarantee

Buy any course. If it is not right for you, email us within 14 days with your order number and we will refund it — to the card you paid with, without an argument.

The short version

EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive at checkout so that we can deliver your course immediately. We honour those days anyway: everything we sell is refundable for 14 days from purchase, including bundles and $1 prompt packs, so in practice you keep the same window to change your mind. One email to misteryjj100@gmail.com is the whole process. We reply within one business day and the money is back with your bank in 5–10 business days.

This summary is here to help you find your way around. The numbered sections below are the terms that actually apply.

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal

We start with the law rather than with our own promise, because your statutory rights come first and you should be able to see them without scrolling.

WisdomCharms sells from Estonia, inside the European Union. If you are a consumer, a distance contract normally gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal: 14 days to cancel, without giving a reason and without penalty. The right comes from the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), implemented in Estonia by the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).

Why it is waived here, and how

That directive also says the right is lost for digital content supplied without a physical medium once performance has begun — provided you gave prior express consent for it to begin inside the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right.

Every course on this store is delivered by email within about a minute of payment, so checkout asks you to tick a second box, separate from the one that accepts our terms:

I request immediate access to the course(s) I am buying, and I acknowledge that once access is delivered I lose my statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. WisdomCharms' own 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.

The waiver is captured at checkout and recorded against your order, with the date and time you gave it. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what you agreed to and when.

The box has to be ticked to check out, because checking out is what triggers delivery. If you would rather not waive the right, do not complete checkout — email misteryjj100@gmail.com instead and we will arrange the purchase with delivery held until the 14 days have run. Almost nobody wants to wait 14 days for a download link, which is why the next section exists.

Separately from all of this, and whatever you tick, you keep your statutory rights where a course is faulty or not as described. Those rights cannot be waived, and we would not want them to be: tell us and we will refund you and fix the course.

2. Our 14-day guarantee

WisdomCharms sells digital courses. You cannot flick through them in a shop before you buy, so we do the next best thing: every course carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, and we honour it without making you justify yourself.

This is a voluntary commercial promise, not a legal minimum, and it is the answer to the waiver in section 1. The statutory window was 14 days; ours is 14 days from the date of purchase — the same length. So although you gave the statutory right up in order to start learning straight away, you still get the full 14 days to change your mind. We simply choose to honour it. The promise survives the waiver, it applies however much of the course you have opened, watched or downloaded, and it sits on top of your statutory rights rather than replacing them.

If a course is too basic, too advanced, not what the description led you to expect, or simply not what you need this month — that is a good enough reason. Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund it in full to the payment method you used.

We would much rather refund you today and keep you as a customer than keep $29 and lose you. There is no restocking fee, no admin charge, and no “store credit only” trick.

3. What is covered

Everything we sell. There is no small print carving out the popular products:

  • every full course, at every price point from $1 to $200;
  • every prompt pack and template bundle — yes, including the $1 micro-guides;
  • courses bought with a coupon or during a sale (we refund what you actually paid);
  • courses bought as a guest, without an account;
  • courses you have already opened, watched or downloaded material from.

The guarantee runs for 14 calendar days from the date on your receipt. Day 1 is the day you paid. If day 14 falls on a weekend or a public holiday and your email arrives the next working day, we will still honour it — we are not going to lose a customer over a calendar.

4. How to request a refund

There is no form and no ticket portal. Send one email:

  1. Email misteryjj100@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, if you can.
  2. Put your order number in the message. It looks like WC-2A7F4C91 and it is printed at the top of your receipt email, on the confirmation page you saw after paying, and next to every order in your account.
  3. Tell us which course you want refunded, if your order contained more than one.
  4. Optionally, tell us why. You do not have to, and it will not change the answer — but it is the single most useful thing anyone sends us, and it is how courses get fixed.

Cannot find the order number? Send us the email address you paid with, the approximate date, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. That is more than enough for us to find the order.

Prefer a form? The contact page reaches the same inbox — choose the “Refund request” topic.

5. What happens next

  1. We reply within one business day. Usually much sooner. A real person reads it; there is no bot that asks you to try turning it off and on again.
  2. We issue the refund immediately on approval, through our payment provider, back to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else — not to a different card, not to a bank account, not to PayPal — because the refund travels back along the same rails the payment came in on.
  3. You get a confirmation email from us and, separately, a refund notification from our payment provider. Keep both; between them they are proof for your bank.
  4. Your order is marked “refunded” in your account, with the date and the amount.

If we ever need more information before we can act — for example if the email arrives from an address we cannot match to any order — we will say exactly what we need in that first reply.

6. When the money arrives

Step Typical time
We reply to your email Within 1 business day
We submit the refund to our payment provider Same day as our reply
Our payment provider processes it Immediately
Your bank posts it to your statement 5–10 business days

That last step is the slow one and it is entirely in your bank's hands. Most cards show the money within 5 business days; a few issuers take the full 10, and some show the refund only on the next statement cycle. If it has been more than 10 business days since our confirmation email, reply to that email and we will send you the refund reference from our payment provider to give to your bank.

Debit cards and prepaid cards are often slower than credit cards. Refunds to a card that has since been cancelled or replaced still land in the same account — your bank routes them across.

7. Currency, bank fees and taxes

All our prices are in US dollars, and refunds are issued in US dollars for the exact amount you were charged, including any tax collected and shown at checkout.

If your card is in another currency, your bank converted the payment at its rate on the day you bought, and it converts the refund at its rate on the day it arrives. Because exchange rates move, the figure that lands in your account can be slightly more or slightly less than the figure that left it. That difference is set by your bank, and neither we nor our payment provider receive any part of it.

Some banks also charge a non-refundable foreign-transaction fee on the original payment. We do not receive that fee and cannot refund it. If your bank has charged something you think is unfair, ask us for the transaction details — we will send everything we have so you can take it up with them.

8. Refunding part of an order

Orders can contain several courses. You are not forced to refund all of them: tell us which items you want refunded and we refund exactly those, leaving the rest of the order active.

Where a coupon was applied to the whole order, the discount is apportioned across the items, and we refund the discounted amount you actually paid for the item being returned. For example: two courses at $49 and $29 with a 10% coupon means you paid $70.20; refunding the $49 course returns $44.10, and the other course stays yours at the price you paid.

If refunding part of an order would take the remainder below a coupon's minimum-spend threshold, we do not claw the discount back. That is our problem, not yours.

9. Duplicate and accidental purchases

Bought the same course twice — a double-click at checkout, or you forgot you already owned it? We refund duplicates in full at any time, not just within 14 days. Email us the order numbers and we will sort it out.

Bought the wrong course? Tell us which one you meant. We will refund the mistake, and if you would rather swap than wait for the bank we can apply the value to the correct course straight away.

Someone else used your card? Contact us immediately at misteryjj100@gmail.com. We refund unauthorised charges in full as soon as we can confirm them with our payment provider, and we revoke the access that was granted.

10. What happens to your access

When a refund is issued:

  • the access link and access code for that course stop working;
  • the course is removed from your library;
  • the licence granted in our Terms of Service ends, so you may no longer use or keep copies of the course material;
  • your account itself stays open, along with any other course you own.

Anything you legitimately built while you had the course — an app, a script, a prompt library of your own — is yours and stays yours. We are asking for the teaching material back, not your work.

You are welcome to buy the course again later, at whatever the price is then. Refunding does not blacklist you.

11. The few limits

The guarantee is written to be generous, and it is not conditional on how much of a course you watched. There are only three situations where we will decline, and all three are about abuse rather than about you changing your mind:

  • Requests after 14 days. Outside the window we are not obliged to refund — but ask anyway. If a course was withdrawn, materially misdescribed, or you have a good reason, we will usually still say yes.
  • Serial buy-and-refund. If the same person repeatedly buys courses, takes the material and refunds them, we will decline further refunds and may close the account under section 19 of our Terms. This is rare, and we look at intent rather than counting requests: refunding three courses in a year because they were not right for you is not abuse.
  • Redistribution. If we have evidence that course material or an access link has been shared or republished, we treat that as a breach of the licence rather than a refund request.

There is no exclusion for “consumed” content, no exclusion for sale items and no exclusion for coupons.

12. Before you open a chargeback

Please email us first. One message to misteryjj100@gmail.com gets your money back in days. A chargeback filed with your bank takes weeks, sometimes months, and neither of us can speed it up once it has started.

It also costs us a non-refundable dispute fee whether or not the dispute is upheld, and it flags the account, which means we then have to unwind access and paperwork that a simple refund would never have created. If you have any doubt about a charge on your statement, we would genuinely rather you asked us about it than assumed the worst.

If a chargeback is filed against an order we delivered, without any prior contact from you, we will respond to your bank with the order record, the delivery timestamps and the access log, and we may suspend access pending the outcome.

Do not recognise a charge? It will appear on your statement under our WisdomCharms payment descriptor. Email us the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card and we will identify it within one business day — and refund it immediately if it should not be there.

13. If we cannot agree

Nothing on this page limits or removes any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. If you think we have got a refund decision wrong, say so in a reply — every declined request is reviewed a second time by someone who did not make the first decision, and we change our mind more often than you might expect.

If that still does not resolve it, you do not have to go to court to be heard. Consumers may refer the complaint, free of charge, to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), which handles consumer disputes against traders established in Estonia:

https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee

The committee takes written submissions from both sides and issues a decision. If you file there, we will meet its deadlines and hand over the order record, the delivery timestamps, the consent you gave at checkout and all of our correspondence with you — the same material we would give a bank in a dispute, and we would rather you had it too.

Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA may instead approach the consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution body in their own country. Using an ADR body costs you nothing and does not affect your right to bring a claim in court under section 21 of our Terms.
